Apartments Zottl offers six charming holiday apartments in the breathtaking Zillertal holiday region, in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps. We place great importance on a warm welcome and personal service throughout your stay. Your well-being is our top priority.

The holiday apartment on the first floor of house 68 has a size of 34 m² and can accommodate 2-3 people.
The accommodation includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a toilet, and a cozy eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed for a third person. The east-facing balcony is accessible from the kitchen.

The north- facing apartment on the second floor of house number 68 has a size of 52 m² and can accommodate 4-5 people.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed , one bedroom with two separate beds , two bathrooms with shower/toilet, and a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed for a fifth person.

Die 50 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Hauses 68 und bietet komfortabel Platz für bis 2- 4 Personen.
Zur Ausstattung zählen zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie ein separates WC. Die einladende Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt unter anderem über eine praktische Geschirrspülmaschine.
Von der Wohnküche aus gelangen Sie auf den großzügigen, südseitig ausgerichteten Balkon, der einen herrlichen Blick auf die Zillertaler Bergwelt bietet.

The apartment located on the 2nd floor of house number 68 has a size of 50 m² and offers enough space for 4 people.
The accommodation includes two bedrooms with double beds and west-facing balconies, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a separate toilet , and a cozy eat-in kitchen with a convenient dishwasher. From the eat-in kitchen, you can access a large, south- facing balcony with views of the Zillertal mountains.

The apartment on the first floor of our annex 68a offers enough space for 4 to 6 people with a size of 70 m².
The apartment features two double bedrooms , one of which also includes a sofa bed. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a convenient dishwasher and an additional sleeping option for a sixth person . A bathroom with shower/toilet, a separate toilet, and a balcony in each room complete the accommodation.
Apartment 1a - barrier-free
The apartment is located on the ground floor of our annex 68a and, with a size of 70 m², offers ample space for 4-6 people.
This apartment is suitable for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users!
The apartment has a double room , a triple room , and a combined living room and kitchen with a convenient dishwasher and sleeping accommodations for a sixth person. There is also a bathroom with shower/toilet, a (disabled-accessible) toilet , and a lovely garden.
The toilet is equipped with a grab bar. There is a folding chair in the shower. The shower is also wheelchair accessible.

We only accept cash payments – advance payments are possible.
Our cancellation policy
A deposit of 30% must be paid to the account specified by us no later than 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before the arrival date will be charged at 40% of the total price.
Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the arrival date will be charged at 60% of the total price.
Cancellations and changes made late, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 90% of the total price.
In case of early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full daily rate.
